Description
Located in the town of Mar del Plata in the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, this field covers a total of 22 hectares, with approximately 3 hectares of residential area and the rest used years ago as a rough quarry, ready to continue the extraction of “Mar del Plata” stone. The property had its due authorization for the extraction of tosca, which was usufructuated almost in its totality, being thus the uncovering already done and the stone in sight, although at the moment it is covered by grass and weeds.
With access through the quarry road and only 600 meters from paved road Nº515, the farm has good connectivity due to its proximity to downtown Mar del Plata.
