Located in the town of Villa Castelli in the province of La Rioja, Argentina, this field covers a total of 6,518 hectares, with approximately 1,600 hectares suitable for agriculture, 1,581 hectares of intermediate suitability and 3,200 hectares of foothills with proven mining potential. The property has an extensive production pre-feasibility report carried out by an agronomist engineer.
With access through Provincial Route Nº76 and just 8km SW of the town of Villa Castelli and 25km from Villa Unión, the field has good connectivity in a tourist area, due to its proximity to the famous city of Famatina.
