The property has an extensive production pre-feasibility report carried out by an agronomist engineer.

With access through Provincial Route Nº76 and just 8km SW of the town of Villa Castelli and 25km from Villa Unión, the field has good connectivity in a tourist area, due to its proximity to the famous city of Famatina.
